In article relationships of nobility and the government during an output from the crisis connected with escape of peasants are investigated. Noblemen have been interested in a rigid state policy concerning investigation of fugitive peasants according to norms of Code of 1649 and required it of Anna Ioannovna's government. However interests of the state in this respect conflicted to interests of nobility.
