In work the sight on tehnocratism as on the deformation of consciousness caused by aspiration to adapt for the rigid logic of technical systems is offered. Leaning against phenomenological tradition, the essence of tehnocratic thinking is opened and danger of the instrumentalisation o f mind is shown to its deep antihumanistic tendency. Being alienated from the existential depths, the subject appears in the power of a matrix of the imposed images. Comprehension of the symbolical nature of values and construction of a design of subjective semiotics in which as value of the fact value acts becomes result of axiological analysis.
