        <p>This article examines the relationship of concepts «future» and «present» that became particularly urgent nowadays. The notion of a stormy and uncontrolled development of technology has created a variety of different futurological forecasts at the end of the twentieth century. The aim of the research was to study conceptual models of the future, both classic and modern, and the formulation of problems of the modern information society, declared in such models.</p>
