The article reports about generating the ability of students (linguists) to resolve interpersonal conflicts. The criterion how to identify the level of this ability is defined. The issue highlights the practical results of the study of behavioral trends of students while dealing with the interpersonal conflict and the process of testing the ability to resolve conflicts.
