It is shown that to preserve the empiric component in physics education it is necessary to diverse the levels of experiments of physics laboratories. To reach this target propaedeutic, basic and advanced laboratories with elements of scientific investigation should be included in the collection of experimental task. Several examples are described how this problem is solving in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg universities.
