Freedom as an ability and possibility of a person to reveal his true human essence is always determined by the concrete historical conditions. In this sense the modern social reality conceals the potential of spiritual alienation fr om strictly human values, for the social reality tends to be changed for the virtual reality wh ere real social connections are disintegrated and are substituted by false connections. It leads to the great restriction of the human freedom in the modern world.
