        <p>The article investigates normative bases generating the specific level of psycho-emotional activity and the special structure of motivation distinctive for human. The concept of existential norm having its socialgenetic bases concerned with indirect communication is introduced. In the prehistory of human, emotion is proposed to play the role of such a norm.</p>
