        <p>The article deals with the problematic issues of political linguistics in the aspect of functioning and translating. The comparative analysis of Chinese and Russian political texts is given and lexical difficulties of translating (Russian↔Chinese) are defined. Linguopragmatic models of text structuring to present the meaning of political texts more adequactly are shown in the article.</p>
