Under the consideration, is the formation of the humane position of teenagers in the team relationship context on the basis of I.P. Ivanov teaching. On display are the results of the experimental work in a summer camp context, in accordance with volunteer training program, which confirms the fact of the formation of the humane position of teenagers when involved in social creativity aimed at the unconditional concern the social environment.
