The article deals with a scientific-pedagogical way of investigations of academician I.P. Ivanov, author of pedagogic of general care, theory of collective’s creative activity. Article’s purpose is to show how important is his pedagogical ideas and give more information about them. Ivanov’s conception especially attend to humanistic point of view, concord of generations in process of forming spiritual and moral experience. General care bases relationships of mentors and pupils. It also deals with methodical aspect of Ivanov theory.
