        <p>In the article considered are the relationship and dependence of such concepts as “civilization” and “culture” in the context of the theory of identity. New types of identity being established and defined, culture is one of the building elements. The author notes that in keeping with the Eurasian doctrine and ideology, culture contributes to the specification of the basic identity, determining its place in the global system.</p>
