Abstract:

Science and religion are opposed in their explaining of nature according to the original methodology. In the interpretation of man as supernatural being, they are equal, this comes from socially conditioned unity of the rational and mystical understanding of man. It is impossible to rationally explain human activity, because its existence basically has a violent nature, society is characterized by the «goal – means» ratio as a fundamental relationship and it cannot formulate goals beyond the scope of social utopias and religious myth.
