Unpublished opinions’ problem in the American system of law

A major source of law in the American system of law is a judicial precedent. Nevertheless, not every judgment is binding for other courts while hearing any similar case. The article is considering conditions that make unpublished judicial opinions binding for decision making in similar judicial procedures.
