Social system control problems in the information society: communicative and human factors

The article accentuates on the increasing value of communicative and human factors in the information society where new problems in the practice of control are being created requiring analysis of non-economic criteria for effective control. The article examines main installations and problems of rigid and flexible approaches for social system control, and emphasizes the role of implicit communication in the process of social control mechanisms and the human vital world interaction.
