The educational model of the foreign communicative competence development  for participants of the Czech language courses with the use of eLearning technique

Study of the foreign communicative competence development problem is realized in terms of vast variety of approaches and formulizations, what offers the possibility to make a disclosure on richness of semantically-notional tones of concept; to emphasize the didactic means containing the richest communicatory resource, that include eLearning technique; to bring to notice the role of the authorial course of remote education called «Communicative Elementary Czech»; to justify the necessity to assess in the structure of the pedagogical model of the foreign communicative competence.
