Problem of law and freedom integration in modern societies

The problem of interaction of law and freedom in modern society is analyzed. It is emphasized that the question of the origin of law and its implementation is debatable. Freedom, as the individual and society in general, regarded by the author as a criterion for the progress of human civilization and is treated as a basic category in the definition of law.
