Euroasian union: problems, prospects

The world geopolitical situation which is characterized, first, by disintegration of the monolithic West as uniform monolith of times of “cold” war is analyzed. Secondly, that Russia is necessary to the West for opposition to the East. Thirdly, on a global map of the world three leaders geopolitical the center today are shown: North America, Europe and China. The option of development of Russia, including three parallel processes is offered: the project of own revival and development, processes within EurAsEC, and also is initiated SCO development with registration of participation of India in it, Iran, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Mongolia. Creation of continental civilization model will create a certain stability of a world order of the XXI century.
