Modernity and traditionalism of pedagogy common concern

Actual problems of education

The purpose of this article is to consider methods of I.P. Ivanov as a modern means of humanization and democratization of the school, based on the traditions of Russian pedagogy. The author considers the main components of pedagogy of common concern: the purpose of (a caring attitude to people), educational relations (relations between the senior and Junior associates as friends), educative activities (civil caring, creative activities) and ways of its organization (collective managerial activity). The analysis of each component shows its connection with tradition-mi of Russian culture and Russian pedagogy, compliance mentality of our people.
