The author looks into the processes that conditioned the human rights relevance of the first, second and the third generations in normative regulation of developed countries economy. Formation of monopolies, destruction of traditional mechanisms of people self-sufficiency as well as aggravation of ecological problems in industrial and post industrial society are referred to above-mentioned processes.
