The article are presented data of the comparative analysis of features of course of elections in average size municipal formations of Krasnodar region with a population up to 500 thousand people. Tendencies of growth of some electoral parameters come to light. It specifies influence of external factors on a course and result of investigated electoral processes that can speak about discredit of principles of the organization and carrying out of free democratic elections.
