The article is devoted to period of priorities changing in the culture of the XXth century. During this historical moment the Modern culture is replaced by culture of a Postmodern. Claims for opening of new absolute ideals go away and there are doubts in the possibility of their existence. It is a simultaneously one of stages in changing of one type cultural installations by others, and at the same time these changes have in themselves essentially new up-culture idea which change a way of cultural dialog in future.
