The role of the person in system «person - nature» as key component co-evolutional processes is proved. The analysis of interrelation of relations «person - society» is made, allowing to pay attention to importance of socially-philosophical anthropology in modern development of a human society and increase of a role of the person as of the subject, the making decision in questions of minimization of ecological, technological risks. In article the interdisciplinary approach is applied, allowing to carry out communications of components of ecological and technological management and to generate professional the competence of the expert of area technological sphere safety.
