        <p>This  article  is  dedicated  to  diplomatic,  military  and  economic  aspects  of  disposition  of  soviet  land forces in Baltic in the time of stained international relations owing to the beginning of Second World War. As the process of building of soviet military bases, so the interrelation with governments of Baltic states, military structures and natives is examined.</p>
