The key role of the graduate of Petrogradsky politechnical institute Peter N. Savitsky is confirmed. His contribution wasn’t just the validation of Eurasian ideology, but also the creation of Eurasian geopolitics. He assumed the necessity of the synthesis of natural and humanitarian sciences.
