        <p>In April 2013, in Nizhny Novgorod, on the basis of the Medical Academy, the International Scientific Conference "Modern Russia: Experience of Social and Philosophical Diagnostics" was held. More than 50 scientists from Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and the Czech Republic, mostly university teachers of social sciences, took part in its work. The organizers of the conference are the Nizhny Novgorod branches of the Philosophical Society and the Russian Society of Sociologists. As a result of the conference, a collection of reports by its participants was published ("Modern Russia: the experience of socio-philosophical diagnostics.
