        <p>The article is devoted to the problems of social adaptation in the modern context of informational pressure of the media networking. Analyzed are communication technologies of the civic regulation of the public sphere. Rationalized is the need to use new mechanisms of legitimate ways of the information and communication space regulation as a resource to stabilize the political system.</p>
