The article deals with the most important problems of the state of social risk management in modern Russia, has been included in the context of global recessionary trends, causing the deterioration of the domestic social situation in the country and contributing risk-taking Russian society as a whole and its individual social groups. The classification of social risks, especially their negative impact on some aspects of social services, defines the requirements to management decisions to be taken by relevant authorities to mitigate and limit the influence of factors of increase risk-taking sotsiumnoy.
