This paper is devoted to consideration of actual problem of Eurasian integrations in modern higher education. Analyzed the tendency of development of higher education in the Eurasian vector and the possible prospects of development of domestic science in the framework of partnerships of technical universities of the Eurasian space. Attention is drawn to the role of universities in shaping a new image of a specialist that complies with the requirements of current global and glocal conditions. Also considered the impact of universities on gradual attempts to organize a new image of the world in which one of the key positions of the Eurasian region. Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University is considered as an example of glocal Eurasian University.
