          <abstract lang="ENG">Charles V sought to become leader of universal empire. His imperial dreams were encouraged by M.A. Gattinara. The chief problems Charles V faced were the Protestant Reformation in Germany, provided by Martin Luther. In the era of exploration, discovery, and colonization, Spain amassed tremendous wealth and a vast colonial empire through the conquest of Mexico by Cortés (1519-1521) and Peru by Pizarro (1532-1533). The Spanish Hapsburg monarchy became for a time the most powerful in the world.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">Article is devoted problems of dialogue of cultures, comprehension of sense of universal unity and fraternal affection on an example of the culturological concept of Walter Shubart. In the work «Europe and soul of the East» W. Shubart considers the antinomy of the East-West as spiritual opposition between Promethean and St. John cultures. Essence of the concept is the thought that ways to overcoming the antinomies lie not in the field of economy, politicians, etc., but - in spirit sphere; in sphere of aspiration of people to spiritually-moral transformation, in readiness of the person to bring sacrificial gift to something “more to the Higher”, than he.</abstract>

          <abstract lang="ENG">The article is devoted to period of priorities changing in the culture of the XXth century. During this historical moment the Modern culture is replaced by culture of a Postmodern. Claims for opening of new absolute ideals go away and there are doubts in the possibility of their existence. It is a simultaneously one of stages in changing of one type cultural installations by others, and at the same time these changes have in themselves essentially new up-culture idea which change a way of cultural dialog in future.</abstract>
