The requirements of modernity for the individual competence

Тhe article describes the structure of social competence, particularly such a system component as personal competence. It is indicated that the system competencies (competencies of selforganization and self-restraint, consious and activity-related competencies) create a positive basis both for self-evolution of a special personality and life in a peoples society.
