Current state of legal regulation development and production of oil and gas in the Russian  Federation

The article is devoted to modern controversial period of the oil and gas production in Russia, which is characterized by a depletion of their developed reserves, and improving the legal regulation of their subsequent development. Considered interaction of natural resources law with few people living in areas of oil and gas exploration.
