Actual problems of realization of the local self-government’s power in the regions of  the Far North

This article contains the analysis of the legal problems, arising with realization of the local self-government's power in the Far East and Northernmost territories of the Russian Federation. It opens the problems of realization of the power by the local self-government's, situated in this territory and connected with territorial and climatic peculiarities of this territory.
