Criminal liability of legal bodies in the European Union

Abstract:

In article is considered the question on difference of the physical and legal person in the field of criminal law in the European Union. For a small crime the physical person can incur serious criminal punishment, and for large frauds (for example, in bank sphere) the legal body is inflicted to insignificant administrative punishment.
