The establishment of the strategic partnership and allied relations in the RussianKazakhstani cooperation in 1991—1999

The article examines the features of interstate cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan at the stage of the establishment of their alliance (1991−1999). The author analyzes the legal framework of the bilateral relations, reveals the dynamics of their evolution in political, economic, military and humanitarian fields.
