State council of the Russian empire on the eve of political crisis of 1915

Given article is devoted the questions, connected with political strike in the State council and the State Duma in days of the First World War, feature of organizational work of public figures during political crisis of 1915. In the given work the reasons of formation of “the Progressive block” in the State council are established.
