Role of informal channels in the Russian-Korean bilateral interaction

The paper reflects the role of informal channels in Korea-Russia bilateral interaction. They are included in the links of elites, business and civil society. The instruments forming this informal layer of Korea-Russian interaction are: Business Council “Russia - South Korea”, Korea-Russian Business Forum, Korea-Russia Dialogue.
