The «electronic government» as the new form of public communication

The analysis of the information revolution, the appearance of the new form of public communication is given. The idea of electronic government arrival, the target of which is to start the direct communication between the government and the citizen is under research. The concept of electronic government with the quality transformation of government-citizens communication principles is under consideration.
