He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy St. Petersburg State University in 1993. In 1995, he has received his academic qualification at the Department of Logic of Moscow State University, in 1996 academic qualification at the Institute of Theory of Science, Logic and Statistics, University of Munich. In 1996 he defended the PhD thesis on "Bicomponent semantics and intensional logic: problems of the logic of meaning and denotation." Since 1997 - at the Department of Logic of the Philosophical Faculty, then the Institute of Philosophy of St. Petersburg State University.
