The article deals with the definition of «efficiency performance» and the conditions of performance management of both individual employees and the organization as a whole. The author offers a definition of «efficiency performance» in terms of psychological approach. The key psychological factors are considered the effectiveness of staff motivation and values, and expectations of employees. The basis of value expectations is the harmonization objectives of the organization and employee interests. There are four sets of conditions the effectiveness of management staff, based on motivation, values, career expectations and communication.
