Legal mechanisms of interaction of state bodies of pre-revolutionary Russia with individuals and legal entities for development of the arctic spaces

Abstract:
In this article investigates the legal experience of pre-revolutionary Russia of XVIII-XIX centuries on the use of private entrepreneurs and companies in the development and consolidation of Russian rights to the arctic space. The author analyzes various historical legal documents and legal facts, identifying and explaining the reasons and purpose of the provision of industrialists of a wide range of rights to exploit the resources of the Arctic.
