Youth deviation as a result of socio-economic policy in the mid-nineties

In article consequences of socially pernicious «shock» reforms of the Russian economy in the midnineties, caused critical fall of a standard of living of all segments of the population, especially in such unprotected group as youth are considered.

Examples of increasing deviation of young generation in this period are given: growth of level of drug addiction, alcoholism and youth crime.
