One of the priorities of the modern education is the introduction of new information technologies in the learning process and the formation of students' information culture. The paper covers the information reflection as the component of the information culture which is essential to develop by the electronic learning resources. The demanded circumstances are discussed as well as the means of its integration into the study of semiotics with the use of the electronic educational materials.
