Traditions of puppet theatre in European dramaturgy: Samuel Beckett (“Endgame”)

The central problem of this article is the actualization of semantic structure of puppet theatre in the play of the theatre of the absurd. The transformation of puppet theatre poetics in the sense of absurdist philosophy is regarded.
