Some legal aspects of safe utilization of radioactive wastes and nuclear fuel in the conditions of modern international legal order

This article deals with one of the cardinal energy problem of the modern international legal relations – safe use of radioactive and nuclear wastes. The author considers and analysis specialties of function of the international legal mechanism in this sphere in the conditions of modern threats. Physical protection of radioactive and nuclear wastes is one of the fundamental problems of peaceful use of atomic energy.
