Abstract:

The article presents the psychological trend in sociology of XIX – early XX century on the basis of “Scientific bases of sociology in their historical development”, a manuscript by Academician Aleksandr Sergeyevich Lappo­Danilevsky (1863–1919). Namely, provided is assessment of G. Tarde’s “social psychology”, “psychology of peoples” and a number of other doctrines of the positivist sociology paradigm.
