The use of “double standard” – the most important problem contemporary international relations

This article is devoted to a problem double standard that is estimation some problem of international relations in connection with political profits of some state ore political statesman, but not political realities. Three main problems of international relations which lies in the field of double standard – non-recognized states, human rights and humanitarian intervention were analyzed. It was making an attempt to found out ways of decision these ones by analyzing world political situation and Charter of the United Nation. Finally it was pointed out that joined efforts of specialists in the field of international law and political science must be used for decision of this problem.
