Methodology of trouble-shooting in general and vocational education systems

Treated is the problem of diagnosing and monitoring technology of teaching activities as the basis for the development of professional standards of teacher education workers. Developed by the authors tools of professional and pedagogical activities diagnostics based on system, competency, sociocultural approaches, make it possible to diagnose such characteristics of educational activities that do not yield to traditional methods of diagnosis. Quoted is an opinion poll as a diagnostic tool of pedagogical activity, which ensures a reliable empirical basis for theoretical development of professional standards.
